Bought my puppy from this pcal. He is so incredible. I do also believe in shelters. But I' could not find a better dog in the world. Don't forget....I love abandoned dogs...

My wife personally knows the owner and these dogs are NOT from puppy mills. They are ALL from private breeders. She actually felt safer getting our Yorkie here than from a private breeder she didn't know. We agree it's best to adopt but if you enjoy a certain breed and you can't get it then it's okay to shop. My wife has rescued hundreds of animals in her lifetime. Since she's allergic to animals she got a Yorkshire Terrier here. Jami is among the most awesome dogs in the world!! Actually, she is the most AWESOME dog in the world!

Our baby Luna just turned 6 months old this week and it just occurred to me that I did not leave a positive review for Puppies Plus. It was very difficult to find a reasonably priced cavalier In prime health for my young son. They did not disappoint and she is the joy of our life. Thank you for all that the price included and the above and beyond service. Looking forward to adding more to the family in the future. 4 years later! Luna is out very own angel and we can’t imagine life without her. One day I would like to add another cavalier to our pack. We will definitely go back to puppies plus. Sorry you didn’t see our review for years ago. Ha ha She received alot if Google reposts!

We found the sweetest little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and she has been an absolute joy. She’s playful, affectionate, and already fitting right into our family. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.

Bought my puppy baby Lottie there she's a purebred Scottish terrier love her!. The owner Phil was great took care of all our needs and was very kind in the staff was very pleasant and professional.

I am an actual customer, unlike many bad reviews I see here. Our baby girl will be 2 years old soon and she is my soul dog! If this pet store didn’t exist, I don’t believe she would be here with me now. When we got her, the employees were patient and helpful. They provided any and all information on our puppy before we decided to make her ours. We had been coming to see the puppies through the windows for years before ever becoming a customer and we never saw any unfit conditions and I am also an experienced pet trainer/handler and our dog’s behavior has been wonderful. She is healthy, smart and happy. I also strongly support adoption, but all dogs deserve a family—even those existing within a pet shop. When we are ready to give her a sibling, I will consider either option—shelter or this particular pet store. I added a picture of her on her 1st bday! We spoil her rotten and love every second of it!

I went with mom to get Bailey and Hanna was awesome. Mom and my twin were there earlier in the week and met different staff who were also extremely helpful. Bailey is adjusting well. So smart and eager to please. Thank you all so much. We are so happy to see mom loving her new pup as she lost her longtime friend a few weeks ago and was devastated. Bailey has helped her so much. My bro and I are raising and teaching him everything as we will be caring for him as mom just gets to enjoy him. 👍🐶💖

UPDATE: we love Frank SO much, that we welcomed his sister into our family Heidi girl also purchased at puppies plus…. Our babies are the light of our lives and we take them literally everywhere with us 😂🥰 I also can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is at handling and maintaining their puppies health and safety! I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for a certain breed or just a new member of the family! 💕🐾🦴🐶 I made a whole account just to leave this review! I want to start off by saying everyone from the sweet girls at the desk to the owners Phil and his wife have been nothing but kind and helpful! I had always dreamed of owning a dachshund, and saw the cutest picture of one small puppy listed! I came in to meet this small boy and of course fell in love. I knew he had to be apart of my family! When purchasing my sweet boy I was told he would be on a 72 hour hold to ensure he was healthy upon his arrival in…just for those wondering this establishment will hold their puppies longer if they feel they aren’t ready to go home which comforted me in knowing these babies were cared for. When I was told I could pick up my baby I cried… he truly has been a gift to my family and I’m so thankful for puppies plus for matching me with my boy! 💕

Hello! My husband and I recently adopted a puppy from Puppies Plus on February 1st, and as the proud owners of a beautiful chocolate lab named Strawberry 🍓 I wanted to leave an honest review of our experience. First, I want to share that my husband and I are very passionate about rescuing. Prior to adopting Strawberry, we have only ever had rescue dogs. We are absolutely not puppy mill supporters. That said, this store is not a puppy mill. I understand why that might be a concern for some people, but I did my research and also spoke directly with the wonderful husband and wife team who run the shop. They are very transparent about how they operate and were happy to answer our questions. They work closely with and personally travel to specific breeders who are registered with the American Kennel Club to bring their puppies to the shop. From a customer perspective, the entire process was smooth and thoughtful. When I asked to meet a puppy, they brought me to the back where they have two designated puppy meeting areas. Before entering, you stomp your feet on a wet towel to help prevent germs and sanitize your hands to protect the puppies. They then brought out the sweetest little bundle of joy for us to meet. My husband and I asked for extra time with her, and they were more than happy to accommodate us without any pressure or rush. When we decided to move forward, they walked us through the adoption process and payment options clearly and kindly. The staff were genuinely warm, easy to talk to, and never pushy. Overall, we felt respected, informed, and supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for our experience and are absolutely in love with our chocolate covered Strawberry. I also want to add that when we adopted Strawberry, she had a small cold and needed to stay with the shop until she was fully better. During that time, we were encouraged to visit her whenever we could and I did! The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive, always available if we
